We are a niche firm of solicitors specialising in Asylum Immigration Human Rights and Family Law with extensive experience of the full spectrum of work in these areas.

We were incorporated with Companies House as a Private Limited Company in July 2008 and initially regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner and the Solicitors Regulation Authority thereafter.

Our solicitors and legal staff boast a combined experience totalling over 50 years in the field of immigration and are dedicated to providing the highest standards of professional service.  We are regulated by both the Law Society, under the Immigration Accreditation Scheme and the Office for the Immigration Services Commissioner scheme and hold the highest level of approval under each.

Our company began its journey with a successful private client base and in 2010 we were granted our first contract with the Legal Services Commission in Asylum Immigration & Human Rights which saw our expert services now being made available to our clients who qualified for help under public funding.

In 2013 we were once again successful in securing a contract with the newly renamed Legal Aid Agency in areas of Asylum Immigration & Human Rights Law and saw the company expanding our services into the area of Family Law.   We understand the impact that Asylum Immigration and Human Rights laws has on families and we have therefore expanded our field of expertise into this area and have secured our first contract with the Legal Aid Agency in Family Law.  Our Family Law team is headed by a Solicitor who is a member of the Law Society’s Family Advanced Panel and a member of Resolution.

We offer public funding to our clients who meet the merits and means test for help in the areas of Immigration Asylum Human Rights and Family Law and for those who do not qualify for public funding we continue to offer a comprehensive fixed fee package for our private fee paying clients.

We can take instructions from every country in the world and can process and submit applications for Leave to Enter and Leave to Remain in the UK under every category of the Immigration Rules.  We can prepare and submit appeals to the Immigration & Asylum Chambers and advocate on our clients behalf.

We have a team of experienced staff who can undertake Judicial Review cases and we work closely with a dedicated and experienced team of Barristers who advocate on behalf of our clients in such cases.

We are able to market UK educational institutions at our forthcoming events during December 2010 in Bahrain and Qatar, guaranteeing exposure to thousands of potential students in the course of events held at schools and colleges in those locations and at specially convened exhibitions in some of the most high profile local venues.  Further similar events are being scheduled for 2011 in Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.

We will present a full range of information regarding UK institutions’ academic credentials, courses, facilities and the local area. We will also complete and submit visa applications on behalf of the students and attend to any other bureaucratic requirements.

The advantage we offer over our competitors is that by virtue of our legal expertise interested students will have a higher likelihood of being able to study in the UK by successfully navigating the UK visa regime.  Institutions will therefore see a far higher proportion of prospective students actually enrolling on and commencing their course on time.

In addition to our legal services to individual students we are also able to offer educational institutions a full range of advice and assistance in obtaining or improving Highly Trusted Sponsor Licences, thereby maximising the opportunities to attract overseas students.
